OUR POLICIES

We do not offer any returns, exchanges or full refunds. For every order we charge a 50% non-refundable fee. If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, you will NOT be refunded. You may not pick up your order late. If you fail to pick up your order, you will NOT be refunded. You may only pickup your order that same day of your scheduled pickup. We don’t offer any late next day pickups to avoid loss of freshness. All of our orders are made the same day of pickup to ensure freshness.

LATE PICKUP: Please be on time for pickup. If you are running late, you must let me know. After 15 minutes, you will be charged $15. After 20 minutes, your order will be canceled and you will not be able to receive your order or a refund. You may also NOT show up to pickup location if your order was canceled.

PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS: Address will be sent to customer the morning of pickup, ONLY once remainder of payment is sent. Once you arrive at the address for pickup, please let me know by sending me a message. Please remain in your vehicle and I will bring your order out to you.  Also, please do NOT harass or rush me. This will result in order cancellation with NO refund. The orders we create will always be created with love & perfection! We will always treat you kindly and we expect the same in return. Thank you!
